Affluent, Dependable, Able Men (A.D.A.M) Program

Building A.D.A.M... Affluent, Dependable, Able Men ... One rep, One meal & One verse at a time. The A.D.A.M Program is designed to keep young men, ages 12-25, on a positive path.

 

This program will provide young men with the tools and skills necessary to become successful men, husbands, and fathers. The goal of the A.D.A.M Program is to nurture the talents of young, at-risk men.

 

Participants in the A.D.A.M Program are eligible to receive or participate in the following: 

 

  1. Historical and Cultural Studies
  2. Tutoring and mentoring
  3. Fitness training
  4. Leadership programs
  5. Abstinence/Sexual Education Programs
  6. Educational scholarship programs
  7. Business grant programs
  8. Teen father services

Maccabee Kids Health and Wellness Program

This program and its services are provided to participants free of charge. 

 

Maccabee Kids Health and Wellness Summer Program is a structured program requiring daily participation and commitment. This program will function as a part-time after school program and full-time summer school program for pre-school and school-aged children.

 

Daily activities include a combination of the following:

 

  1. Field Training consists of at least one hour dedicated to physical activity including yoga, martial arts, strength training, and stretching, and/or breathing techniques. 
  2. Daily Lesson consists of at least one hour dedicated to historical and cultural studies.
  3. Meal Preparation consists of learning to plan and prepare a balanced meal/diet.

 

 Participants will receive meals and snacks.

Maccabee Kitchen: Till to Fill

Till to Fill Program educates and encourages youth and their families to make healthy, sustainable, and nutritious lifestyle choices. The Till to Fill program teaches valuable agricultural, nutrition, and consumer concepts with a hands-on approach.

 

The Nutritional program will teach young people and their families how to plan and prepare well-balanced meals and how to use diet as preventative measure for disease.

 

Maccabee Fitness Health & Wellness Foundation holds food and basic needs drives to collect kosher food and non-food items for families in the community. Maccabee Fitness Health & Wellness Foundation will collect items, put together, and distribute food/basic needs boxes to those in need. 

Sisters Attaining Righteous Aspirations Holistically (S.A.R.A.H) Program

The S.A.R.A.H Program is designed to keep young women, ages 13-25, on a positive path.

This program provides young women with the skills and tools necessary to be successful and productive women, wives, and mothers. The key goal of the S.A.R.A.H program is to nurture the talents of young, at-risk women. Our goal is to raise funds to run the first S.A.R.A.H Program in 2014.


Participants in the S.A.R.A.H program are eligible to receive or participate in the following:

  2. Tutoring and mentoring
  3. Fitness training
  4. Home skills education
  5. Abstinence/Sexual Education Programs
  6. Educational scholarship programs
  7. Business grant programs
  8. Teen mother services

Community Outreach

Maccabee Fitness Health & Wellness Foundation facilitates community gatherings and building sessions to support historical studies, family unification, and cultural awareness. This includes cost-free, group fitness, and lifestyle training as well as relief, support, and education in areas of need.
